City/State, ZIP+4, ZIPMove, DPV and eLOT data, Mail*STAR, Mail-LIST, MailDPV and MailSERVE executables, DLL’s and help files.

Standard Support

Installation support is available for thirty days from receipt of the installation DVD.

Product support is available throughout the license period. Error reports receive a response within one business day of receipt of the report and will be corrected within three business days of receipt of a reproducible case.

 
Integration Assistance and
Professional Services

Professional services are available at time and materials where time is billable at $150.00 per hour.

Support Requests

All support requests should be submitted to support@aescass.com. Support requests must describe how to reproduce the error.

If necessary to reproduce the case, include as an attachment any criteria or file description files or a portion of the input address file that includes the case being reported.
