If correspondence is created by your applications with recipient names and addresses that will appear in windowed envelopes, the correspondence should be printed in ZIP-code order to facilitate preparation of mail trays as directed by the USPS Qualification Report. Applications must include the USPS POSTNET barcode.

If recipient name and address are printed directly on envelopes or address labels, Mail-LIST can produce them in bulk mail presort order. There are dozens or predefined address labels and envelopes with or without return address. User-defined envelopes and address labels permit definition of non-standard envelopes, address labels or custom forms suitable for bulletins and newsletters.

Barcode Status Block

Certified and non-certified addresses must be prepared separately. The exclusive radio buttons select which group, {"USPS certified", "Not certified" or “Other Criteria”}, to be printed.
Other criteria permits the use of User-defined Selection Criteria to filter mailing lists during production of address labels or envelopes. This option is also available from the PAVE tab for bulk mail presort filtering of a mailing list using the same user-defined selection criteria.
Interruptions during print require restart. This control allows printing to begin with any ZIP-ZIP+4 for "USPS certified" addresses. Restart for "Not certified" addresses is by record number.
Depending on the printer, the production order may be reversed. The control allows ZIP-ZIP+4 in ascending or descending order.
