List Management imports and exports address lists using secure database projects. Once imported, a list can be CASS™ standardized and delivery point confirmed, presorted and prepared for mailing.

User-defined Selection Criterion
Selection criterion serve as filters against mailing lists. This feature is useful for:
- Quality control selecting addresses based on address quality flags or DPV® codes
- Restrict mailings based on conditions specified by user-defined selection criterion
- Restrict exported addresses based on user-defined selection criterion
Selection criterion used in the following tabs and functions:
- LISTS Tab - Export a subset of addresses in a mailing list
- CASS™ Tab - Invoking Mail*STAR for address enhancement based address flags and/or DPV codes
- PAVE™ Tab - Create USPS® Qualification Reports based on a subset of addresses in a mailing list
- Labels Tab - Print envelopes or address labels for a subset of addresses in a mailing list

• Create a new row
• Delete current row
• Validate the criteria
• Save the criteria
Rows
Multiple constraints must be related using 'AND" or 'OR'. Precedence can be overridden using parenthesis to group criteria rows. The operators include all relational operators including 'between', 'in', 'like', etc. The syntax is governed by ANSI SQL standards. The validate icon certifies syntactical validity before saving the criteria.

Address Management
