Mailroom Management projects contain address lists. Project address list access is controlled by login. Project databases support multiple users accessing data simultaneously.

Mailroom Management and Secure Projects
Mail*LIST address management allows creation of separate secure mailroom projects where each project has a DBA who in turn grants or revokes access to users of the project. The screen snapshot is the result of the master DBA account logging on to the project named "Promotion".
Seven Mail*LIST tabs provide access to mail automation. Tabs only appear when the session context makes them valid. Until a successful connection has been made to a project, only the project tab is available. Once successfully logged on to a project, the PROJECT tab assumes the project's name and the LISTS tab becomes visible.
