Displaying Address Options
Existing Applications
It is dangerous to display alternate solutions using data entry fields or let users pick an address from a list. It is too easy to make a mistake by clicking the wrong address.
Instead, being able to see address candidates will prompt users to add to or improve input address data so that the next “submit” results in one unambiguous correct CASS™ standardized DPV® confirmed address.
The prototype provides an "Accept" button to keep the demo simple. In production, AES believes an “Accept” button is a very bad idea.
Use address candidates to help the user improve input address clues until “submit” returns one correct response.
The “Accept” button is being clicked to accept the 3rd candidate.
