Experience

Address Enhancement Software has been USPS® CASS Certified™ since January 1996. Mail*STAR began as a CASS™ product designed to meet the challenge of Puerto Rican addresses accommodating for style, syntax and phonetic differences in 1994. That experience has resulted in:

Free Format Data Entry

Input addresses do not have to conform to USPS Publication-28 standards of delivery and last line for accurate validation and verification.

Point-of-Service Validation

Address quality is optimized when address verification is available to the person in direct contact with the recipient during data acquisition avoiding return mail from the first correspondence to a new customer to the final statement.

Broken Address Prevention

Mail*LIST maintains two sets of address attributes where input address data is read only and separate from CASS standardization results.
