eLOT®
The eLOT product provides mailers the ability to sort mailings in approximate delivery sequence order. Required for Enhanced Carrier Route Sortation
LACSLink®The LACSLink process is used to convert rural addresses (RR/HC) and irrational addresses to city-style addresses to provide the emergency service a locatable city street address. LACSLink processing also includes existing city-style addresses that have been renamed and renumbered.
SuiteLink™The SuiteLink Product is a data only product containing business addressing information specifically identified as high-rise default records as a result of CASS™ processing.
RDI™
RDI identifies whether a mailing address is classified as residential or business by the United States Postal Service®. RDI is the only extra cost AES product. Separate RDI licensing restrictions apply.
Distinctive Mail*STAR CASS Certified Software Features
Phonetic Address LookupMail*STAR uses multiple phonetic matching algorithms and performs name or token searches for address element lookups. For example, within the city context of "HOUSTON TX", the street lookup clue "SPNSH" provides five street candidates based on a phonetic match with "SPANISH" including "OLD SPANISH TRAIL".
RDBMS Dynamic SQL Lookup
Relational technology and dynamic SQL permit candidate address lookup based on complex criteria. Finding all possible candidates given 1) a ZIP Code™ list implied by city/state, 2) a street list resulting from an inexact street clue and 3) a known apartment number is made possible by building SQL queries dynamically.
Free Format Address Support
Mail*STAR provides free format address support which does not require that input addresses conform to USPS Publication-28 standards for accurate address correction. Mail*STAR treats input address data as a data stream.
The entire address can appear on a single line as:
